These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prompt Lyfe (the "Service"), operated by STEM 4 All, LLC. By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA / UK) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Prompt Lyfe is an AI-powered prompt-engineering tool that helps you generate structured prompts for AI agents using a master prompt template, quick-start templates, and Google's Gemini API. Outputs are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, biases, or omissions.
The Service offers tiered access:
All paid tiers are monthly (1-month) auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices are shown in USD; your app store may display the equivalent in your local currency.
Subscriptions on Android are billed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Google Play account. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We do not provide refunds outside Google's policy.
Subscriptions on iOS are billed through your Apple Account (in-app purchase). Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
Monthly prompt counters reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused prompts do not roll over.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before their next renewal.

Outputs are produced by a generative AI model. They may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them. Do not use outputs as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the prompts and outputs you generate, to the extent ownership is available under applicable law. You acknowledge that other users may generate similar or identical outputs.
The Service's code, design, branding, master prompt methodology, templates, and documentation are owned by STEM 4 All, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (user menu → "Delete account"). See our account deletion page for details. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that exposes us or other users to risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STEM 4 ALL, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STEM 4 All, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where required, notifying you in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
