Prompt Lyfe (the "Service") is operated by STEM 4 All, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Prompt Lyfe web app and Android app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form by Firebase Authentication). We do not collect your name, phone number, or address.
We store the number of prompts you have generated this month, your total lifetime prompt count, your subscription tier, and the date your monthly counter was last reset. This is used to enforce tier limits.
When you submit the prompt-builder form, your inputs (role, experience, task, audience, output format, tone, constraints) are sent to Google's Gemini API via Genkit to generate a prompt. We do not persistently store the contents of the prompts you create or the outputs returned.
On Android, subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase token from Google Play that we validate with the Google Play Developer API to confirm your subscription tier. We do not receive or store your credit-card or payment information — that stays with Google.
The Service may automatically collect minimal technical data required to operate (device type, app version, error logs) through Firebase. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across other apps and sites.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain your account information and usage counters for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see Section 6) we permanently remove your account record from Firebase Authentication and your usage document from Firestore. Backups containing residual data are purged within 30 days.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA / UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use Google Firebase's industry-standard security practices including HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, and Firestore security rules that prevent users from accessing other users' data. No service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Our processors (Google) operate globally. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We rely on the standard contractual clauses and other safeguards Google provides for international transfers.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where required, notifying you in-app.
